Ellen Kerr is an Associate at Morgan Sports Law, a law firm dedicated to sports dispute resolution.
Ellen specialises in equestrian matters – representing riders, trainers, horse owners, national federations, event organisers and other stakeholders in sports-related disputes.
Ellen has particular expertise in equine anti-doping matters, and also regularly acts for clients in a wide range of disciplinary and regulatory proceedings.
Ellen’s work typically involves proceedings before the FEI Tribunal or the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Ellen also has experience of proceedings before various national tribunals, including the US Equestrian Federation (USEF) Hearing Committee, the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC) and the US Horseracing Integrity & Welfare Unit.
